Directions to The Helm House
Address: 16 Greenleaf Lane Boothbay Harbor, Maine
On Commercial Street (one-way road), make a right into the Greenleaf Inn parking lot. Proceed up the hill. Park in front of the white one-car garage.

Access Instructions
One the day of check-in, you will receive a personalized 4 digit code that is assigned to your reservation. This code is the last four (4) digits of your home/billing zip code that was provided at the time of booking.

Username: The Helm House Guest  (This is open to our guests and does not require a password - happy streaming!)

Cooling / Heating Instructions
For your convenience, the cooling and heating of The Helm House is controlled remotely via an internet application. During the summer months, the house temperature is set t0 68 degrees F and will be comfortable upon your arrival. If you have questions about how to operate the units via remote, please do not hesitate to reach out.

To avoid turning on the heat and AC simultaneously which causes the units to stop working entirely (yes it has happened), we ask that you only use the following buttons on the remotes: (ON / OFF), ( + / - )  or ( LED ). 
Selecting the "LED" circle button will turn off the blue light that displays the temperature. We understand that this can be a nuisance when sleeping.
